I was part of a major digital transformation project for Crédito Agrícola, where I played a key role in developing and evolving its website and homebanking platforms for both individuals and companies.
I initially joined as a Senior Developer, focusing on building robust, secure, and user-friendly banking solutions. Over time, I took on greater responsibilities and eventually became the Technical Lead, guiding the development team, defining technical strategies, and ensuring the platforms met high-performance and security standards.
This project was a deep dive into the banking sector’s technological challenges, requiring seamless integration with core banking systems, strict security compliance, and a smooth user experience. I worked closely with designers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions that empowered Crédito Agrícola’s customers with reliable and intuitive online banking services.
The experience strengthened my expertise in web technologies, system architecture, and leadership, making it a defining period in my career.

Using Microsoft CMS, we developed two dynamic portals where each hotel and inn could manage its content effortlessly. From text updates, photo galleries, and locations to active promotions and exclusive opportunities, the system provided full editorial control.
A key aspect of the project was integrating a third-party reservation system, enabling real-time availability checks and seamless room bookings. All reservation data was processed through the portals and securely transmitted to the central booking system.
For search functionality, we designed a custom metadata-based search engine, ensuring efficient information retrieval without relying on external services.
